AAAE In Person: Rural Entrepreneurship – Necessity or Opportunity?

This presentation will shed light on the motivation behind rural entrepreneurship, questioning whether it primarily emerges out of necessity due to limited economic opportunities or if it is propelled by individuals seeking and creating ventures as opportunities arise.

The objective is to uncover opportunities that could drive economic growth in rural communities through an exploration of conditions conducive to successful rural entrepreneurship. Mani hopes to clarify some of the potential avenues for fostering economic development in rural areas and for attracting entrepreneurial talents to contribute to the prosperity of these communities.
