
Sean Mullin
Sean Mullin was most recently Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada for Economic Affairs, where he worked closely with the Prime Minister and senior members of the government to develop and launch major economic initiatives including Canada’s package of Clean Economy Investment Tax Credits, Canada’s Sovereign AI Compute Strategy, Canada’s National Housing Plan and Canada’s annual Budget and Fall Economic Statement. Prior to joining the PMO, Sean founded and led the Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship, Canada’s first non-partisan think tank focused on innovation policy. Sean also served as an economic advisor and Director of Policy to the Premier of Ontario and as a Special Assistant to Ontario’s Minister of Finance.
Sean has an MBA from the University of Oxford, an MA in Economics from McGill University, and an Honours BSc in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
