APEBC/CABE Webinar: What is a Housing Shortage

Across Canada there is a growing recognition that we have a housing shortage. But we lack a shared understanding of what having a housing shortage means. If we built the homes to eliminate or reduce the shortage, who would move into them and where do these people live now? And how does the shortage fit into a supply/demand model? Join us for a deep dive into the mechanics of housing, connecting demographics and economics from micro to macro.
