Join Kelvin Ndoro from CMHC’s Market Insights Team for a presentation on the Housing Market Outlook (HMO) report  with a focus on Halifax and expected trends in other Atlantic Canada provinces.

The report, released on April 21, 2022 provides a forward-looking analysis of Canada’s housing markets. Published annually, it helps anticipate emerging trends in the new-home and resale markets at the national and metropolitan-area levels. The HMO include forecasts for significant housing market variables such as housing starts, prices and resales. Kelvin will share CMHC’s forecast for Halifax and the factors behind them.
