Kelvin Ndoro is a Lead Economist in CMHC’s Housing Economics and Insights team, specializing in Atlantic Canada’s housing market. With over a decade of public sector experience, he provides evidence-based analysis to inform policy and planning. Kelvin frequently contributes to housing discussions through public speaking and national media. Previously, he served as a Senior Economist with Nova Scotia’s Department of Labour and Advanced Education.
