Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join the Financing and Balance Sheet Management team within Total Fund Management. The person will have a fixed income skill set, with a background in rates and financing and 8+ years of relevant experience.

Accountabilities:
-Understand, refine and execute balance sheet positioning strategies
-Liquidity portfolio management, which may include:
-Tactical deployment into STIR and basis with a focus on the balance sheet.
-Strategic interest rate derivatives hedging and positioning at the top of the house.
-Managing spread product across the curve.
-Provide input into funding strategies, including repo and financing markets more generally.
-Monitor market trends and provide insights on trading strategies.
-Collaborate with groups within Total Fund.
-Maintain and develop relationships with key market participants.

Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience in a fixed income role.
-Strong understanding of fixed income through demonstrated experience with swaps, futures and/or –cash products
-Communication and interpersonal skills a key component of success in the role
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
