Francis Fong is Managing Director of ESG research at TD Economics. He produces a wide range of research covering both the economic and social implications of the clean energy transition. Francis previously served as chief economist at CPA Canada. He has also conducted research on a wide variety of topics on social and economic issues including on immigration policy, youth unemployment, income inequality, housing, financial markets, and labour market issues.
