Lukas Jasmin-Tucci is the Lead economist and spokesperson for Halifax’s housing market. Lukas joined CMHC’s Market Insight team in 2017 and has covered the housing markets of Montreal and Ottawa-Gatineau. He holds of a master’s degree in economics from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
