CEO and Founder of Theory+PracticeRogayeh Tabrizi, PhD, is a renowned leader in artificial intelligence and data analytics, named AI Leader of the Year 2023 by WLDA. She is the CEO and Founder of Theory+Practice, a technology company with deep expertise in AI and data science, dedicated to helping large CPG and Retail enterprises harness their data to radically improve revenue optimization decisions.
Rogayeh holds a Master’s in Experimental Particle Physics and worked on the ATLAS Detector at CERN. She later earned a PhD in Economics, focusing on social networks and game theory. This interdisciplinary foundation shapes Theory+Practice’s unique approach—blending behavioral economics with cutting-edge AI to help businesses better understand their customers and drive results.
She also serves as Director of Advancing Women’s Leadership at the International Women’s Forum Canada and as a Director at AInBC.
