Daley Applied microeconomist Angela Daley

Angela Daley holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Dalhousie University. As an applied microeconomist, Angela studies economic well-being, health and the relationship between them. She is particularly interested in the role of policy in mitigating or exacerbating disparities. She is currently an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Maine, President of the Atlantic Canada Economics Association and a member of its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Compton Associate Professor of Economics and Econometrics at the University of Manitoba Janice Compton

Janice Compton holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. Janice’s research interests include family migration and proximity, women’s labour force status, economic demography and related labour topics. She is currently an Associate Professor of Economics and Econometrics at the University of Manitoba, Executive Member of the Canadian Economics Association and President of the Canadian Women Economists Committee.
